DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Dishonest and poor quality goods. The coat had a faulty zip, all frayed at the bottom so it won’t slide into the other side and do up properly. Initially they offered me 8 dollars back to “get the zip replaced at a local repair shop” when I declined this as an insult they then changed their stance and said the zip was not faulty. They accused me of improper use despite me showing the tags were still on the coat. I raised with DHGate to mediate. The company “evidence” was of a different coat with completely different labels. DHGate then sent a request for additional evidence from me, but sent it to this company in error. Instead of being honest and telling DHGate they had sent it to them, they didn’t bother so the case was closed as it looked like I hadn’t replied resulting in them not having to issue a refund. Not only is the workmanship poor, the fur is thin and looks fake. The company are rude and dishonest!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
